きっかけ
Why we got here?
6/8に東京で3つの大きなイベントが同時に開催されることを知ったことでした。
- W3C Developer Meetup
- Test the Web Forward
- Build Insider OFFLINE
これらを単なる競合イベントとするのではなく「手を取り合って日本のWebを盛り上げる」という取り組みにしたいと考えたのです。
To think about Web development together
「Web制作／開発について考えよう！」という想いを持って、この日を過ごすことができるように。

Actually, <htmlday> violates the specification. ;-)
The custom element name identifies a custom element and is a sequence of alphanumeric ASCII characters that must match the NCName production and contain a U+002D HYPHEN-MINUS character.
So we did need the test for it :)
